Plan for Learning, Reduce Risk: Using a Skills Matrix in Software Delivery

Not another agile theory session
We like framework but we also like understanding why they work.
That's why our events focus on practical delivery problems and the ideas behind the methods.
You don't need to be a Scrum expert or a Kanban specialist. Come with questions, experiences and curiosity.
